Before your next appointment please read through our policies below.
Scheduling
*To reserve your appointment at Chasing Vanity all guests must have a credit card or debit card securely stored in their encrypted file. If a cancellation fee is applicable the reservation card on file will be charged for the cancellation fee. In the event the card on file is not in working order and there is an outstanding balance, all outstanding balances must be paid in full before any future appointments are able to be scheduled.
*A deposit may be required to schedule certain services. If a deposit is applicable it will be taken at the time of scheduling
*A deposit may be required to schedule services if guests incur 2 or more cancellation fees
*Deposits for services cancelled after their allotted cancellation time will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule
*All deposits are non refundable
Cancellation
Salon
*All service cancellations must be done directly through the Chasing Vanity Salon or Chasing Vanity Medi Spa. Cancellations will only be accepted when calling and speaking directly when a Chasing Vanity team member, by leaving a voicemail, or sending an email. All cancellation requests must be received no later than the specified times listed.
*All Salon cancellations or changes made 48 hours after your scheduled appointment start time will incur a 50% service cancellation fee +
*All Salon cancellations or changes made 24 hours after your scheduled appointment start time will incur a 100% service cancellation fee +
*All Hair Extension, Brazilian Blowout, and Microblading cancellations or changes made 72 hours after your scheduled appointment start time will incur a 50% service cancellation fee
*All Hair Extension, Brazilian Blowout and Microblading cancellations or changes made 48 hours after your scheduled appointment start time will incur a 100% service cancellation fee
*All Salon no shows or same day cancellations will incur a 100% service cancellation fee
+excluding Hair Extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, and Microblading
Medi Spa
*All Medi Spa cancellations or changes made 24 hours after your scheduled appointment start time will incur a $50 cancellation fee
*All Medi Spa no shows or same day cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation fee
Gratuity
*Gratuity is not included in the price of your service(s), however you may leave gratuity for your service provider in the following ways:

*The purchase of prescription products will be applied on-site and will not be shipped.
