Cancellation and Changes:
Contact the Medi Spa directly for any cancellations or service changes.
Changes must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No shows, same-day cancellations or same-day rescheduled appointments may incur a service cancellation fee.

Reservation and Deposits:
A valid credit or debit card must be securely stored for all guests.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
Certain services may require a non-refundable or transferable deposit.

Convenience Fee:
A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit or debit card transactions.
The fee will not apply if the full service is paid using cash, gift card, or check.

Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in service prices.
You can leave gratuity for your service provider using cash, check, Venmo, or CashApp.
