Cancellation and Changes: August 1st, 2024
Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $100 fee will be charged.
No-Show Appointments- If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a $100 fee will be charged. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. 616.805.3727.
This Policy allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list and ensures that our time and resources are used efficiently.
Reservation and Deposits:
A valid credit or debit card must be securely stored for all guests.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
Certain services may require a non-refundable or transferable deposit.
Convenience Fee:
A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
The fee will not apply if the full service is paid using cash, gift card, or check.
Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in service prices.
*The purchase of prescription products will be applied on-site and will not be shipped.
